Peak Isekai is back in "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime", Season 3 Episode 1 Review!

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Episode 1 Review: The eagerly anticipated premiere episode of Tensura 3 is now available. Let's examine whether or not this episode was worth seeing.

The third season of the Japanese light novel That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, also known as Tensei shitara Slime Datta Ken 3rd Season or just Tensura 3, was written by Fuse and illustrated by Kawakami Taiki. From 2013 to 2016, the series was serialized online on the user-generated book platform Shōsetsuka ni Narō, which helped it acquire popularity.

After taking up the series in 2014, Micro Magazine published the first volume of light novel adaptations. By October 2023, the series had amassed an astounding 21 volumes. Yen Press released the first volume in December 2017 after obtaining the licensing rights for the North American market. Furthermore, Tensura has established itself in the manga community thanks to Kodansha.

Rin Kurusu sings the closing theme, "Believer," while STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION performs the opening theme, "PEACEKEEPER." On April 5, 2024, the third season of the program debuted on BS11, Nippon TV, and its affiliates.

I have tried my best to keep the review as spoiler-free as possible, but there are certain elements that I had to mention to give proper feedback.

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 3 Episode 1 Review and Recap – Diablo Is A Good Politician

Season 3's premiere was just as enjoyable and well-written as I had remembered Tensura to be. Sometimes all you need is a show to lift your spirits and distract you from the harsh realities of life. Fortunately, Tensura is the kind of show that gives you hope for yourself—that is, for you to move to an other planet and lead a happy life similar to that of Rimuru, the strongest slime.

This season begins with our beloved new demon Lord Rimuru partaking in a feast at the Demon Lords' Walpurgis supper. Now that he is Octagram, one of the Eight Star Demon Lords, he is far more powerful than before. The people of Rimuru's home nation welcome him back with all the fervor and dignity that one would expect from such a devoted devotee. But he's only just starting to grow.

Remember the task that Rimuru gave to Diablo in his absence? Well, Diablo has done a fantastic job of keeping his control over the negotiations with the Farmus Kingdom. The way he handled the entire situation proved how efficient and intelligent Diablo can be when it comes to handling foreign relations with dominance. He is a master politician who swiftly deals with every problem that might potentially cause an issue for Rimuru.

Even Myulan was nervous during the peace negotiations because he thought Diablo might lose it over the Farmus Kingdom's refusal to recognize Rimuru's strength.

This was a hilarious and excellent episode. You enjoy watching Rimuru and his friends engage in lively and humorous banter again. You want to be in Rimuru's position because of the way he has developed into a very dependable and obedient group of friends and subordinates. Although you are thrilled for him, you also support the strongest slime because you aspire to be like him.

Conclusion:

I'm thrilled that Tensura is returning for a third season because I really missed it. You never get tired of watching Rimuru or any of the other characters. In addition, Diablo is fast rising to the top of my list of favorites. I didn't think much of him at first, but in this instance, he truly showed off his abilities. I am really excited about the upcoming episode.
